Hi lovelies!

I'm back again with the challenge from Indonesia Beauty Blogger for November 2013. The theme is fantasy make up  "Once Upon a Time...". But we can create any fantasy make up, not only about fairies, princess, elf, etc. but we can also try to create zombie or monster make up , etc. After my fantasy makeup before with BARONG inspired here, I think that doing this kind of make up sometimes is really fun!

The theme is really match with my latest make up project, so I thought why don't try to join. 

So let's begin ...

You might already know with Batman, no,I did not create Batman's look. And I bet you also know Batman's greatest enemy, the criminal master. Can you guess? yes, JOKER.

To be honest, I never like JOKER , his face is just like a maniac. But it challenges me to recreate  his look, but then I thought what if JOKER is not a man, what if JOKER is a woman? Does she love make up like I do? Does she also love fake eyelashes like I do?  *ngga banget ya pertanyaannya hahaha *

So this is my version of "Once upon a time..." story

Once upon a time, there was a woman working in a chemical industry. But life is a bit hard for her. 

Until one day she was forced to do crime work with some bad people, trying to create chemical weapon.

She was afraid, yes she was... But if she wanted to live, she should not stop doing this. 

One day Batman attacked them, and something went wrong. This young lady was accidentally pushed into chemical vat. She survived, but the chemical changed her, into something that she also did not want to be...

The chemical  have damaged her face,  given her a white-bleached skin and big red ruby lips. She did not recognize her face anymore.

She put the blame on Batman, she really did. She really hates him so much for turning her into a monster!

And here she is The LADY JOKER

hihihihi....Sorry if I scare you with my look and sorry I did not create the make up tutorial hehe... it's too complicated! And I spent almost 2 hours doing it.

 The rubber puff sponge is really helpful in applying the foundation on my face. It helps to create a thin and smooth layer on the skin. Just need to dab dab dab!

 After dabbing on my face. The sponge does not absorb the liquid foundation like any usual make up sponge will do.

The mask texture is like a real mud with strong and fresh green tea aroma.

Ingredients :

Real green tea leaf pieces

will help to brighten complexion, protects against free-radicals, hydrates the skin and balances oil

Volcanic minerals

will help to lighten under-eye dark circle , detoxifies, and awakens skin

Ivy

will improve skin elasticity, tightens and lifts, provides extended tigthtening effect

Cucumber

Works as anti-inflammatory, helps to heal skin, soothes and calms the skin

Comfrey Herb

Creates youger looking complexion and speeds cell regeneration

Lavender

Helps to heal breakouts, natural anti-bacterial, and anti-inflammatory

Chamomile and marigold flower

Directions to use : 

apply thin layer to clean face ( thin layer is enough, no need thick layer ), and leave it for around 10 minutes, and then remove it with water with circular motion to exfoliate. Use it twice a week or as often as desired.

My first attempt trying the mask, uh wow, I love the green tea smell! it smells good and its refreshing aroma made me relax. Love the tingling and cooling sensation on my face!

The mask dries fast and you can see the green tea leaf piece on my face below.

To remove the mask, I splashed just a lil bit water on my face first and then massage the mask with circular motion on my face (scrubbing scrubbing. Please be gently because the scrub is a lil bit harsh. Attention please for you who have sensitive skin).  And then you can  rinse until clean. 

So what's the result?

If you expect that it will remove your acne scar instantly, well it's a NO! My red acne scars are still there. So do not expect that it will remove those scars ya!

I got the instant glowing (but not significant - if you expect significant difference before and after applying the mask. Perhaps it might will work better on your skin, or you might get the same result with me , it depends...). But I can tell you surely that my skin also felt smoother and fresher 

I think it will help us to prepare a good canvas before we do the make up! That's why they use this product as a pre - makeup treatment on the backstage!

With a smooth skin texture, I bet it will help us to achieve a flawless and fine make up

The place is quite far far away from my home, and since it was held on Saturday, you know, Jakarta's traffic is also really really bad on Saturday.
